This book was a lot of fun. At first, I was wondering what the hey I had gotten myself into, but within the first 15 pages the book just started moving.
I loved Evelyn, the main charcter, and I really enjoyed the premise of the story. Evelyn and all of her sisters are literally the daughters of Adam and Eve. Talk about mind blowing!
My only beef with the book is Rhett. He is likeable enough I guess...But, he was an alpha male in an over the top kind of way. Getting shot was a "flesh wound". He is shot more than once in this book, and both times he acts like it is an annoyance more than anything.
This book acts as a stand alone novel, but is actually part of a series. I will be picking up the rest of the series.
